What do you need to do?
After reading the information on this page return to this link and follow it to the activity download area
- Download Assessment Sheet A and print 10 copies. Fill out a copy of Assessment Sheet A for each presenting (initial) pain related consultation
- Summarise your data onto the Clinical Audit Data Table.
- Send your completed forms (10 copies of Assessment Sheet A & one Data Table) to Medical Pain Education for analysis.
- Review Medical Pain Education's report.
- If monitored (rare) repeat 1 - 3.
Your report will state if you need to be monitored on the front cover in red .
If this is the case then repeat steps 1 -3
What Medical Pain Education will do:- Collate the individuals and the group's audits.
- Send each participant a report showing the results of step 2.
- Repeat step 2 for those below the norm.
- Maintain confidentiality.
